The service

ROADTRIP plans scenic road trips: it suggests roads, routes, overnight stops and hotels, and lets you save and replay trips. It is a planning tool, not a turn-by-turn navigation or safety system.

Drive safely

Always follow the law, road signs, closures and conditions on the day. Routes, road status, weather, hotel and price information come from third parties and can be incomplete or out of date. Mountain passes can close without notice.

Do not operate the app while driving. You are responsible for your vehicle, your driving and your decisions on the road.

Account

You must give a valid email and keep your sign-in details secure. You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Delete my account.

Subscription

ROADTRIP Annual is an auto-renewable yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.

It renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends, at the price then shown in the store.

You can manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period. Deleting your ROADTRIP account does not cancel a store subscription.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, overloading, unlawful use or submitting false road reports.

Content

The app, design and our photos belong to PYON LTD or its licensors. Map data © OpenStreetMap contributors. You keep the rights to your own trips and grant us the permission needed to store and display them to you.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, for road, weather or third-party data, or for business losses.

Apple

If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the new date above; material changes will be announced in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; if you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU you also keep the protection of your local consumer law and courts.
